Lsoing weight and breastfeeding?

I had my baby 2 weeks ago and have lost 22 of the 35 lbs I put on, and I’m breastfeeding. With my last baby, I lost all of the 36 lbs in 7 weeks, but decreased my milk supply so much that I had to start supplementing with formula.My doctor said that it was due to my weight loss. My question is, how many calories can i eat while breastfeeding and lose the rest of the weight,without decreasing my milk supply?I have been doing 30 mins of cardio, and I want to continue to nurse exclusively.Any help would be appreciated

stop trying to loose weight and counting calories and doing manic exercise! the priority right now is your baby who can only get nutrition from you. Don’t set a time limit as your body needs at least nine months to get over the nine months of pregnancy. Enjoy nursing your baby and think about getting your figure back later on.
