Breastfeeding / pumping / blocking issues (new mom)?

I have a child who is 3 weeks and does not lock. Usually the pump on the other side you eat and store the milk. Now, my milk comes in normal times. I was pumping all day only getting about 1 g each side. HELP! My daughter is hungry and can not get breast milk because it locks not and does not have enough milk stored for her to have a bottle shape. Soooo frustrated. (
