Post-Baby Belly.?
Ive already asked this question,
But i wanted to again with a different edge.
Im a size 8 (aus) Im 5’7-height- and have no idea how much i weigh, im 20 weeks pregnant (as of today =]) and i really want to make sure im back in size 8 pants within 3-4 weeks of giving birth.
i herd breastfeeding helps, and i was already planning on doing that already. so mums/moms can you tell me some of the things you did.

Im alreay aware that gaining weight is what happens during pregnancy and i just wanted to know some tips, if you dont have anything nice to say dont say it at all.
If you start a strict diet after giving birth, it will affect your milk supply. You need to make sure you are eating plenty while breastfeeding. When you see your baby for the first time, you won’t be so worried about yourself. Or how you look.
