How to ween from breastfeeding to sippy cup?
My daughter is 1 and i am trying to ween from breastfeeding (atleast during the day for now) She refuses the bottle but will drink juice and water from a sippy cup but only takes a few sips. I do not want to stop cold turkey. Does anyone have any good tips to helping me transition.
is the top of the sippy cup hard plastic? or is it soft? get the soft plastic one. and give her liquids thruughout the day. she will eventually get thirsty and start drinking.
put breastmilk in it too. something familiar, may help. Have you tried infant juice? Not regular juice infant juice. do not water it down it is already very mild. My daughter liked the pear juice. very mild, and tasted good .
