normal breastfeeding time
Is it normal not to have a period after baby is completely weaned from breastfeeding?

It’s been about 1 month since I completely stopped breastfeeding my one year old. I never had a period or any type of spotting during the entire time I breastfed, and now I’m having just normal discharge but really still no sign of a period…what gives? We’d like to start trying to conceive again, but if I’m not ovulating or having a period, it’s kinda hard!

Any advice? Thanks in advance …

I’ve heard that while breastfeeding u don’t get ur period I believe.. also it makes u very fertile somehow too.. the best thing to do would be to just wait it out a awhile and if u are really in a hurry to start trying again the best thing to do would be to talk to ur dr. I’m sure they could prescribe u some provera to bring on ur period.. best of luck to u!
