Ok another breastfeeding problem What is this now?
I had mastitis 5 weeks ago in my left breast after a clogged milk duct took meds it cleared up no problem . Now 5 weeks later in the same breast there is a lump in that area. It does not hurt I have no fever and my letdown is totally normal no pain. It almost feels engorged but it’s not going away with heat and lots of nursing. So what is it? Could it be an abcess 5 weeks later ?

It sounds like mastitis again. If the lump isn’t going away with heat, etc, it probably got infected, particularly if the skin is going red now. To the doctor, for you, missy!
