How will lose her baby weight?
I won 80 pounds with my son and lost 45 in the first 7 weeks. I even baby's tummy and fat at 10 weeks and found it hard to look decent in my clothes. I'm back at work part time, but very embarrassed by my limp body and unkempt clothing. Can not afford to go out and buy a new wardrobe. My old clothes are too small, maternity clothes are too big. Any suggestions on how to minimize stomach faster? I'm breastfeeding, so be sure to eat enough, I'm so self-conscious and uncomfortable in my body now.
