Can you take Arsenicum album (homeopathic remedy) when breastfeeding?

Have taken Arsenicum album for hayfeaver in the past but now I am breastfeeding. Is it safe to still take it? Clarityn doesn’t seem to help me. Is there anything else I could take for hayfever that works while bfeeding? I get gunky itchy eyes, runny nose, rash, sneezing … the works.

As a rule, homeopathy is safe in pregnancy and breastfeeding because it’s very much diluted and has no side effects. I would use it myself.
