can menopause be delayed/fertility extended if . .. ?

if women only have so many eggs (fertility) in their lifetime and menopause starts when a woman’ss eggs run out, can menopause be delayed andfertilityy extended if there are months when the woman doesn’t have periods, such as thru breastfeeding or using that contraception injection whatever it is called ???

Nope, because while you can run out of eggs, a lot of times you have eggs left over when menopause hits…

Menopause occurs when a woman’s ovaries run out of functioning eggs. At the time of birth, most females have about 1-3 million eggs, which are gradually lost throughout a woman’s life. By the time of a girl’s first menstrual period, she has an average of about 400,000 eggs. By the time of menopause, a woman may have fewer than 10,000 eggs. A small percentage of these eggs are lost through normal ovulation (the monthly cycle). Most eggs die off through a process called atresia.

HOWEVER read this article about extending fertility..

Scientists have used stem cells to grow healthy human eggs for the first time, a development they believe will usher in new fertility treatments and enable women to delay menopause by a decade.
