Have any breast feeding Moms (or anyone) tried a diaphragm or cervical cap?

I am trying to research birth control methods as I am pregnant and definitely planning to breast feed exclusively. However after two difficult pregnancies in one year I do not want to risk getting pregnant again and I know that exclusive breastfeeding is not an effective method of birth control. Has anyone tried a diaphragm or cervical cap? What are the pros and cons? I am really just looking for real life advice but studies are fine too.

Thanks any help is appreciated.

Not what you are looking for but, have you considered an IUD? They can be used by breastfeeding mothers. They are the most effective means of birth control (short of abstinence and even more effective than vasectomy). I have Paraguard. One time insertion, good for ten years!
