I noticed recently that after having sex (and where my husband plays with my breasts) that leak colostrum. I have brought in more than four years. We also do regular self-examination and have not noticed any lumps or other symptoms of cancer. My breasts are badly swollen and painful Tho … Is this a sign of pregnancy? My period is not late … yet. Has anyone been leaking colostrum when not related to pregnancy or lactation? I looked in mastitis. If it continues I will definitely go to the doctor, but the same in both breasts, so do not think it's an infection.
