What is the diet affect breastfeeding?
Looks like I'm a little uncomfortable here, responded to a question by saying: You should eat healthy and not drinking alcohol during lactation, and got two thumbs down and someone correct me. Apparently, it should be drunk before falling affects the baby. Does anyone know really how diet affects a lot of milk? I know when I do not drink enough fruits and vegetables, I noticed a drop in my diet. My HV said not drink more than 1-2 glasses High wine. My friend also noted that his baby son's eczema worsened after eating lots of cheese. How much does it really affect breast milk? I can be completely wrong in this case, I put my hands and say fair enough, but could someone give me more information? Otherwise, I will allow this second Budweiser!
I was told that foods rich in flavor can sometimes change the taste of your milk. While babies tend to prefer milk with different flavor, sometimes it can get in a bad mood in the chest after eating certain foods. If you notice that happening, simply avoid that particular food.
