my baby got the cold…from me…she showed symptoms before me and then three days later i got the boogers and this morning i got a cough and my head hurts…what are some home remedies i can make to help me feel better? Should I still cuddle with my baby? Can she get sick through my milk or just from my cough? i dont feel good :..(
I got sick when I was breastfeeding and I took cold med. and it dried my milk up soooo much! I barely had a oz when she was hungry. I had to just start formula feeding…ask your doctor before you take anything, cause it really stinks when all of a sudden you have no food for your hungry baby…good luck =)
