Does broccoli & chocolate cause colic?

No. Nothing ’causes’ colic that we know of. Although, broccoli can cause serve gas in adults and babies. Chocolate can cause gas, although usually not the 70% cocoa sutff, it is usually more the milk chocolate varieties.
Onions and garlic also cause bad gas passed through breast milk. It is trial and error with each and every baby.
