How many mg of caffeine I can do while breastfeeding?
If there was a pardon for Starbucks I have to be admitted. I iced Venti Chai Latte drink tea almost every day. I get 5 pumps 3 pumps of hazelnut and vanilla. I am a demon of sugar! I'm not as concerned as I am caffeinated sugar. How much I'm allowed to have caffeine while breastfeeding? Please mg terms.
