Pinched nerve relief??
I had a baby 6days ago and am breastfeeding..I have a pinched nerve in my shoulder blade now and have had it for 4 days.. anyone know of any position or medication I can take to relief the pain??
yes i do. releive pain with a cold compress for ten minutes, followed by a hot one, and repeat for three more times. do as often as necessary until the pain subsides.
