Radical feminists like President Obama’s white mother refuse to breastfeed, because they believe that being treated like a milk cow is a form of sexist oppression of women.

Is this inexplicable hostility the reason why the breastfeeding rate in the USA is below the recommended level?

I would say that most true feminists don’t even have a husband let alone a child. Glory Steinem, the mother of feminism, hated marriage and children. I believe that she did buckle to marriage in her later years, but she spend many years putting both marriage and children down.
