Is my baby getting enough to eat from breastfeeding?
My 4wks old baby when breastfeeding she gets fussy whenever the breast comes out of her mouth and also when she is sucking she will just stop and start crying and gets miserable. My breast sometimes feel very light and empty. Could it mean that i am not producing enough milk. She also breastfeed for long. I gave her formula and it was 4ozs and she drank it all and i had given her the breast before i did so. What could be the problem.
Drink more fluids to help with your milk production. Yes, breastfeeding is enough to feed her. It’s all she needs for the first 6 months of her life.
