pregnancy/breastfeeding?
my daughter is 30 weeks pregnant. she so much wants to breastfeed, but is having trouble with her nipples.They are very itchy and she is leaking abit.she isnt itching anywhere else,Is there anyone who can give her advese as trying to see her midwife is a nightmare
the problem should clear up soon. let some air get to the nipples and try not to worry.. her breasts are preparing and filling with milk so they are bound to be uncomfortable. when i had my son i breastfed him after giving birth and it hurt like hell and my poor nipples were so sore and swollen but just keep at it and it’ll be so rewarding. i breastfed my son for 15 months and it was such a lovely thing. a special time for you to hold you child in your arms and feel proud that you can give them what they need. and only you can provide it.
