breastfeeding indians
My baby is 1 month old and farts too much?

Hi all…
I am a vegetarian mom. I am breastfeeding my baby. I feel my baby is having too much gas problem. He farts a lot and I am feeling that gas is giving him stomach ache too. Please let me know which Indian Vegetables and Whole Grains I should avoid for gas problem in my baby.

Thanks a lot.

Try avoiding spicy foods, these can usually do a number on a baby’s digestive system.
