breastfeeding indian mothers
What is the longest you have heard of anyone breastfeeding?

On 20/20 tonight they are talking about extreme parenting. Some woman was breastfeeding till 16. My sister in law says that my mother in law breast fed my husband till he was 5. He denies it…(they are Indian so I don’t doubt it)
ok mama doula… chill. it is just a question and a discussion. i am so tired of women who shove breastfeeding down your throat.
i was not criticizing my husband…i was making a point. Being Indian has alot to do with it..you usually dont hear of extended breastfeeding in America

Indian as in Aboriginal? That is actually quite common among that ethnicity. My fiance is Metis, his mother is full Aboriginal.

However on Dr. Phil there was a woman who was breast feeding her 8 year old, and actually gave her 9 year old breast milk for her birthday. Daughter comes home from school, and has an after school snack of cookies and boob. Hello awkward.
