six month old baby having blood and mucous in stool?
it started with diarrhea which he had for a week or so.he ws pooping 8-10 times a day and then he was alright although his stool was still slightly green and frothy and he was then pooing 3-4 times a day mostly after meals.then one day i.e. 3 days back i saw slight red blood streaks in his blood and his paed told that it was ok but i got the tests done the very next day.the routine test said mucus in stool and no other infection and the occult blood test was negative.although i am relievd and the doc also said wait its nt a problem today also i saw the same streaks.i am panicking now.
should i change the doc?
i am breastfeeding him and started solids a month back giving him things which he is usd to all home cooked.have started carrot n apple recently?is he allergic?pls help
