Do you agree with Facebook’s ban on Breastfeeding Photos?
I do! I am all for breastfeeding and have breastfed my own child. But I wasn’t all about flaunting it for show and can’t even imagine posting pictures of my exposed boob on the internet. A boob is a boob and if you show it in public, its public nudity.
Fifi K, I never breastfed in public. I was very discreet about it. I did it in the privacy of my own home and would pump and bring bottles for when I was out in public. Thats just me, but it would just feel wrong whipping out my boob in public for the world to see. I think its fine if a woman does it in public as long as she covers up with a blanket.
I belong to that facebook group in protest of the ban.
I posted a photo.
It did not show any nipple.
It was however, flagged and removed.
What needs to be stressed is that it is not facebook searching out and flagging these photos as nudity.It is other users.It’s dummy trolls who have nothing better to do that bug others just like the ones we get on Yahoo Answers.
I breastfeed in public .
I do not cover up.
NOBODY sees my whole boob.It’s not nudity.
I will never “cover up”.
There is nothing to cover.
