Breastfeeding hurts – How do I get rid of this infection?
I have a week old, mother of 3 feeding, but thrush / yeast in my nipples and milk ducts. I finished my oral prescription (Diflucan) and I'm still with the ointment and take acidopholus but the infection continues. I'm in a great amount of pain not only during but between the two meals as well. How do I get rid of this horrible thrush? My baby is also a treatment for candidiasis. Today Dr. Newman I'm using the cream and sugar and alcohol reduction. I'll add the vinegar rinse and see if it makes a difference.
