breastfeeding different cultures
What foods did you eat while breastfeeding your baby annoying?

I combed the Internet looking for clear answers about breastfeeding. While it is almost universally accepted that, as you make the effort to eat all the food groups, get plenty of iron and calcium, and drink plenty of water, a mother does not change their diet as well. However, some sites say you should have plenty of milk and yogurt with active cultures of calcium y. Others say that products made from milk cow will upset the baby's stomach. Some say that eating a variety of fruits and vegetables. Others say that the fruit juice is to taste bad milk, and broccoli – Which is rich in calcium and iron, by the way – their restless baby and Madagascar. I understand that every baby is different. But in his experience, what are the foods you eat not install it with your baby nursing?

I was able to eat any food baby congratulations and nothing disturbed. Babies Few bothered by what you eat, so unless you notice that your baby is fussy, do not worry. If the baby is restless, I keep a diary for a week or two and try to determine why. If you see one, try to eliminate the most common allergens (milk, soy, wheat, eggs, citrus fruits, berries) and see it helps. ("Production of Gas" foods that cause gas adults, such as cabbage, broccoli and rarely cause problems for children – the production "Gas" factors pass into breast milk.) If so, then you have to add the food so that at a time until you find the culprit is. If there is no difference, you can try a strict diet disposal or to acknowledge that some babies are gas and food only and is not necessarily because of what you eat. (Incidentally, the advice to eat a lot of dairy products old enough – and dates from the time the formula was becoming the norm … and breast milk has been regarded as simply another form of milk – as the idea that had to drink milk to make milk "has become common. [and probably caused many babies who are allergic to milk, being weaned from milk at first ...] is certainly a nutritious food, and if you like, and the fussy baby is not, by all means eat as much as you want. But do not drink milk to make milk. (Think in all cultures in which adults do not drink milk … and are able to feed their babies successfully.)
