Breastfeeding .. Food?
Does anyone know a good website that explains what you should eat while breastfeeding? I tried to improve my diet, but have never been very "healthy." I have no idea where to start I'm due in a few weeks. I could not breastfeed my first daughter spent the first 4 months .. and I really want to succeed this time. I know that diet plays a role in that. What advice would be great! Thanks!
