I just need some opinions …?
My husband and I currently have a child of 10 months. Our second child is due February 24, 2009. So basically our guys will be around a year apart. Since we have a baby and a toddler, how do we divide our duties too? The fact that we have a new baby and I breastfeed (perhaps both occasions), I do not think I can not help. I know I will be sore the first few days but I'm just curious what everyone thinks. I try to give our other son lots of attention too. I can tell you is anxious and wants to become better prepared as you can take, but someone who has been there. Relax and is a stream to what you do when it happens. Many think that only crazy. There will be times when your child is down and you will have time alone with the baby, and vice versa. Do not be so hard you think about everything immediately after birth. Only later, when it will become much more important to give the same time. Breathe deeply and just enjoy the time you have now with your child. He will not suffer, they feel abandoned and even worry about having a brother to interfere with their time with you. Increase your being so young. Not even remember a time without the other person is near. Believe me, you know when you need extra time mom. It is not nothing you can prepare, but you'll know. Congratulations and good luck!
