Breastfeeding mothers of babies with colic, what do you eat?

Here is a list of things to try and avoid, so now what do I eat? I would like to hear from moms that have tried this.
Low-Allergen Diet
For the low-allergen diet, mothers were instructed to exclude all foods containing dairy products, soy, wheat, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and fish from their diet.

My baby will be 3 months tomorrow and for the first month an a half she had colic, I tried playing around with my diet but nothing really made a difference. She grew out of it by 2 months. She didn’t cry for hours like many articles say but I could hear her stomach growling and her face would become red. The great help was from Gripe water; she was calm in a minute and would fall asleep. I recommend Gripe water from Wellements, it is the best. She liked the taste (like lemon water) and was drinking it by herself from spoon. I still use it sometimes whenever she has hiccups.
