All mothers are still struggling to lose weight?

I had my baby three months ago and immediately lost 50 pounds (gained percent) three months later I'm still at 206 and exclusive breastfeeding. Nothing, except that I have sweatpants part that makes me never want to leave my house. I'm not going to fall and buy new clothes because I do not want to stay this size. I'm always exhausted and eat all dat long because I'm bored. (I live in Canada too cold for a walk now) How I can get out of this impasse? I hate being stuck at home all the time, but I look so terrible that I want LEAE NERR and I'm depressed and blame my husband. (Who says I always look wonderful by the way) Anyone else struggling? > Advice?

for clothes that fit you, go to a store Second-hand or something, but you will feel better if you have clothes that fit, merely a closet some "commodities" like a pair of pants shirts Nice and a few attend the course. Breastfeeding is a lot, but this is not a panacea for weight. You will need to start exercising, and possibly adjust your diet. Three months is a short time, not get discouraged, you can get your body. You can get a video of exercises to do at home.
