My 15 month old baby girl(Who isn’t breastfeeding) left breast is swollen please help!!!!!!!!?

She otherwise healthy at this point but has an ear infection.

My daughter had swollen breasts as a baby. We kinda always joked about it. I asked the doctor and he told me it was hormones. You should check out this site. It says something about a possible infection if there is a fever.

I’m assuming she may have a fever due to the ear infection. I also know this information says newborn, but my daughter had swollen breasts until she was about 2…oh and she always had ear infections. She had tubes put in when she was 15 months. The ear infections and swelling were never related. My guess is that this is just a normal hormonal thing and it’s not related, but I’m not a doctor, so I’d get a doctor’s opinion.
FYI…there was never an even-ness to the swelling either. One was always a little puffier than the other.
