It says on this website to turn down the baby monitor and wait 5 minutes before you go check your baby?
Does this sound like a good idea to let them cry for 5 minutes before going to feed her and other things.

Today is my daughter’s 2 month birthday and last night she was awake every 2 hours to eat. I am exclusively breastfeeding. Would it be different if I was formula feeding, would she sleep for longer periods?
Anyway I am just looking into this because my husband said last night “just let her cry” when I knew she was hungry and so I told him he was an asshole. Then he told me it is time to put her in her own room, and again I didn’t think it was fair because I don’t want to go all the way to another room 2 times a night to nurse her!
Ok if you have any sources reguarding my issues they would be greatly appreciated!
I wouldn’t just let her cry! What if she is loooking for her mommy!
If your husband wants her to move in the other room, and you aren’t ready yet, just move with her!
