Fiber and breastfeeding. My baby has the benefits of fiber too?
MY11 weeks baby in the chair every 3-5 days. He had used to be quite regular before. I ran out of Fiber One bars (a trip to Costco is later). I feel that since I was not eating, my baby has been uneven. Will my baby receive the benefits of fiber I eat? And his doctor has said that is normal for babies to go a week without a bowel movement before I worry. I feel like my baby is so uncomfortable day 2, nothing happens.
