How to relieve mastitis and can be combined with breasfteeding working full time?

I'm back at work this week, but breastfeeding follows a period of seven months. I intended to express during the day, but I was pumping mastitis (duct blocked with hard, swollen breast, very painful) and I am taking very strong antibiotics. If pumping causes me pain, what I can do? My breasts are quite large and I am very uncomfortable. Please help! Any advice would be appreciated.

Ginger is an excellent way to reduce breast milk. Obviously not eat too much because dried milk, but a little help to alleviate some of those who built the milk. The pump is placed right? Do not want to sound like a smart @ rse I mean I think it was the placement bad pump. Maybe another trademark? There is always the possibility to express by hand? everything possible to express it. I know the pain I've been there and it hurts! But believe me, even if you manage to express an ounce or two, you feel the pressure to relax a little. Also hot towel on the chest can help and a warm bath can helping hand to express milk. Try a gentle massage of the breasts. As the circular motion to help block. Hope some of its use. It feels better soon.
