Nursing moms PLEASE help me with …..? EXTRA TIPS
I've always liked to take natural supplements for the most part, I do not that harm the baby and tried our best to investigate and talk to nutritionists but maybe someone can tell me their own experience with vitamins and breastfeeding your opinion or knowledge of what to take? I can take my prenatal vitamins that I take the breast, and DHL, which I'm not sure if they do anything to my baby is fiber, EmerginC, Cranberry, Beno, digestion Facility (contains peppermint, ginger and papaya.) Any advice on this? Please do not say, ask your doctor.
Still I am taking prenatal, and took the fish oil Omega, because I do not like a ton of fish myself. I also Baby Tri-Vi-Sol, where it is winter and is not getting a lot of sunshine (for vitamin D), once this is not so cold and we were more I will stop giving them to him. Too many vitamins in your system can be bad for you as too much vitamin A or iron, so your watch does not have too many – it can hurt rather than help! Find out what the recommendations are daily for yourself – and then look at their prenatal life and infancy, may be you double the dose – squandering money and overdose your body with vitamins too – and your body can abosrb all at once, so if you take all the tablets whole, your body is probly use only a small amount of them!
