Is the new Proair inhaler safe to use while breastfeeding?
The original albuterol inhalers for asthma have been discontinued. They now only offer Proair. I cant find any studies done on this medication to say whether it is safe to use while breastfeeding. Does anyone know?
They are still albuterol. The proair refers to the propellent, not the medicine. They no longer containd CFCs like the old ones did. It’s perfectly safe.
