
For thousands of years, tea is known for its incredible benefits and medical treatment. Today we know much more about the benefits of tea leaves with hundreds of government, universities and independent clinical studies.
There are seven commonly available varieties of tea: green, white, black, oolong, pu'erh, rooibos and herbal. Each type is prepared differently and offers a variety of health benefits.
